Effective date: June 12, 2026
IronBend builds a personal weekly hybrid training plan (lifting, running, and mobility) and guides your sessions with a set-by-set timer.
Your onboarding answers (training background, goals, days per week, equipment, session length, and reported stiff areas) are stored locally on your device so the app can build and show your weekly plan.
Your completed-session log (the dates you mark a session as done) is also stored locally on your device to show weekly progress and streaks.
IronBend does not require an account, does not use your location, and does not send your data to our servers.
If you enable "Save to Apple Health" in Settings, IronBend writes your completed sessions to Apple Health as workouts on your device. This is write-only: IronBend never reads any data from Apple Health, and your Health data is never sent to us. You can disable this anytime in Settings or in the Health app.
IronBend does not sell your data. IronBend does not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. IronBend uses StoreKit to check whether your subscription is active.
IronBend provides training guidance and timers, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have injuries or medical conditions.
